B2B Software Technologies' Board of Directors has appointed M/s M. Vijaya Kumar & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors.

This appointment, approved following the Audit Committee's input, addresses the casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s Jawahar and Associates.

M/s M. Vijaya Kumar & Co., a peer-reviewed firm with extensive experience in statutory audits for listed companies, will hold office for five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval.

This ensures continued financial oversight and regulatory compliance for the company.
