Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mrs. Cheena Golani and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta as Additional Independent Directors for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Mrs. Golani brings over four years of experience in capital markets and corporate laws, while Mr. Gupta offers more than 34 years in corporate laws, taxation, accounting, and finance.
