Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya's Board has approved several adjustments to managerial compensation, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 45th Annual General Meeting.

These include increasing the overall managerial remuneration beyond 11% of net profits.

Additionally, the board approved revised remuneration for Managing Director Mr. Tosh Kumar Jain, Whole-time Director Mr. Arihant Kumar Jain, and Whole-time Director Mrs. Monika Jain.
