Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya's Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arihant Kumar Jain as a whole-time director.

This re-appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming 45th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Jain, who retires by rotation and is eligible, has over five years of experience in accounts and business management.

He brings valuable expertise and continuity to the company's leadership, being the son of the company's Managing Director and another Whole-time Director.
