Blue Chip Tex Industries Ltd. will conduct its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 11:45 a.m.

Shareholders can participate in the meeting and vote on ordinary and special businesses.

Soft copies of the AGM notice and annual report will be sent to registered email IDs.

Investors whose email IDs are not updated or who hold physical shares must update their details to receive documents and participate in e-voting.

Remote e-voting will be available from September 19, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) to September 22, 2025 (5:00 p.m.).
