Ontic Finserve's board has accepted the resignation of M/s K M Chauhan & Associates as its Statutory Auditor.

The outgoing auditors cited busy schedules and unavoidable circumstances.

The company has appointed M/s Nirav S Shah & Co. as the new Statutory Auditor, a decision subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting.
