Lancer Container Lines has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2025. Revenue declined to Rs. 107.09 Cr from Rs. 172.44 Cr year-on-year, with the company reporting a net loss of Rs. 4.62 Cr (EPS: (0.18)) compared to a profit of Rs. 12.06 Cr last year.

However, sequentially, performance improved, with EBITDA turning positive at Rs. 6.13 Cr from a previous quarter's loss.

Management attributes the decline to geopolitical tensions, disrupted cargo flows, and sharply reduced freight rates, impacting profitability.
