Shyama Computronics and Services' board has approved its financial results for the quarter.

The company announced significant leadership changes: Mr. Samir Biswas has resigned as Managing Director, with Mr. Rajib Singh appointed as his successor.

Concurrently, Mr. Amit Paul has resigned as Executive Director, and Mr. Dipak Kumar Das has been appointed to that role.

Additionally, the board appointed Mr. Sachin Pilania as the Secretarial Auditor for five years and Mr. Abhiset Basu as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. These key appointments are contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
