Sandu Pharmaceuticals has resolved a GST matter concerning an input tax credit claim initially amounting to Rs. 52.14 Lakh.

Following the company's detailed reconciliation, the Maharashtra GST Department largely accepted their claim.

The company paid a minor sum of Rs. 2.22 Lakh for the disallowed portion and an additional Rs. 34,606 for other minor liabilities.

The proceedings are now concluded, indicating minimal financial impact and clearing a potential overhang for shareholders.
