The company has announced a board decision to appoint Ms. Ranjani Padmanabhan as an Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Ms. Padmanabhan brings over 50 years of diverse experience from banking, consumer products, and financial services, including roles at Citibank and Johnson & Johnson.

Additionally, the board has appointed Mr. Selvam Nadimuthu as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. Mr. Nadimuthu is a seasoned Company Secretary with 34 years of experience.
