Tata Motors' Commercial Vehicles (CV) business demerger is now effective.

All TML's shareholdings in CV-related direct/indirect subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures have been transferred to TML Commercial Vehicles (TMLCV), streamlining the independent CV entity.
