Purple Entertainment's Board has approved significant leadership and operational changes.

Mr. Manthan Gumansinh Thakor was appointed as an Additional Independent Director for five years, bringing expertise in business management and financial knowledge.

Additionally, Mr. Pradip Sudhakarbhai Birewar was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, possessing strong experience in business management and the building industry.

Both director appointments are subject to shareholder approval.

The company also approved shifting its registered office to a new location within Ahmedabad.
