Company Update

Purple Entertainment's Board has appointed Mr. Manthan Gumansinh Thakor as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term and Mr. Pradip Sudhakarbhai Birewar as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, both pending shareholder approval.

These appointments aim to enhance governance and management expertise.

The Board also approved shifting the company’s registered office to a new location within Ahmedabad, a move that streamlines operations.
