Bluspring Enterprises has approved acquiring an additional 2% stake in its key subsidiary, Vedang Cellular Services, for ₹4.16 crore.

This boosts Bluspring's ownership to 98.98%. Vedang is a vital player in Telecom Network Operations & Maintenance across 22 circles, boasting strong technical capabilities and FY25 revenue of ₹326.10 crore.

This move further consolidates Bluspring's control over a strategic asset, enhancing its footprint in the robust telecom services sector.
