Ashiana Housing delivered strong financial results for H1FY26, with revenue surging to ₹478.90 Cr from ₹188.04 Cr last year, largely due to higher area deliveries.
Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a remarkable turnaround, hitting ₹40.26 Cr in H1FY26 compared to a negative ₹12.99 Cr in H1FY25. Q2FY26 PAT was ₹27.54 Cr, driven by higher-margin sales and a ₹18.50 Cr settlement from the Maitri project dispute.
While the value of area booked declined 19.11% in H1FY26 to ₹734.40 Cr (due to a large prior-year launch), operational cash flow remained healthy at ₹230.72 Cr.
Strategically, Ashiana acquired 22.71 acres in Chennai for a new Senior Living project, boasting ₹1,200 Cr sales potential.
The company also secured ₹100 Cr in NCDs from IFC for Ashiana Aaroham, boosting future project funding.
Ongoing projects provide excellent revenue visibility, with ₹4,758.27 Cr locked in for the next 3-4 years.
