The company will hold a 39% stake, contributing Rs 0.0039 Cr to the LLP's total capital obligation of Rs 0.01 Cr.

This strategic move expands Vaghani's business into operating hotels, restaurants, and resorts.

Importantly, the LLP is a related party, having been incorporated by the company's promoters, highlighting a new business venture within the promoter group.
