Emrock Corporation's Board has approved the conversion of 50,00,000 warrants into an equal number of equity shares.

This move brought in Rs. 4.125 crore as the balance payment from investors who exercised their conversion rights.

As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 10.82 crore to Rs. 15.82 crore.

Approximately 1.29 crore warrants are still pending conversion.
