Aurionpro Solutions has allotted 48,134 new equity shares at Rs. 1,454.30 each on a preferential basis.

These shares, totaling approximately Rs. 7.00 crore in value, were issued as non-cash consideration to acquire a 17.34% stake in InfrariskSG Pte.

Ltd. This strategic equity issuance expands Aurionpro's ownership in InfrariskSG and increases the company's paid-up share capital to about Rs. 55.26 crore.

The newly allotted shares will be listed for trading, reflecting the company's inorganic growth strategy.
