KCD Industries India Limited announced the resignation of both its Statutory Auditor, M/s J. Singh & Associates, and Secretarial Auditor, M/s Deepak Patil & Co. The Statutory Auditor cited the resignation of a partner and staff constraints as reasons for their departure.

Similarly, the Secretarial Auditor mentioned other commitments and staff constraints.

The company's Audit Committee and Board of Directors will now initiate steps to appoint new auditors to fill these vacancies.
