KCD Industries India has closed its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons.

This measure is implemented to prevent insider trading ahead of the upcoming Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after these results are publicly declared.

This ensures fair market practices and prevents the misuse of unpublished price-sensitive information by company insiders.

The date for the board meeting to review these results will be announced in due course.
