Narbada Gems & Jewellery announced its financial results for the quarter and year-to-date period.

For Q3, revenue from operations was ₹22.37 Cr and net profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹1.83 Cr, with an EPS of ₹0.87. For the year-to-date, total income was ₹69.52 Cr, PAT was ₹7.16 Cr, and EPS was ₹3.38. The company noted a significant increase in year-to-date financial parameters year-on-year.

Separately, the National Company Law Tribunal has sanctioned the merger scheme of Narbada Gems with Uday Jewellery Industries.
