Narbada Gems and Jewellery's board has progressed its amalgamation with Uday Jewellery Industries.

Following the NCLT's sanction, the scheme will become effective once the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies.

A Record Date of February 27, 2026, has been established to identify Narbada Gems shareholders eligible to receive equity shares of Uday Jewellery as part of the merger.
