The company also significantly broadened its business scope by altering its Memorandum of Association.

This strategic move allows diversification into design, manufacturing, and EPC activities across sectors like data centers, telecom, power, renewable energy, aviation, defense, and automotive.

It will also trade in energy storage and semiconductor components.

The authorized share capital stands at 20 crore rupees, signaling a clear pivot towards new growth areas.
