Belding India's wholly-owned subsidiary, DC&T Global Private Limited, has completed the acquisition of a 55% shareholding in Metafin Technology Private Limited.

Metafin manufactures specialized engineering products for aviation, defense, telecom, and other industrial applications.

This move expands Belding India's presence in the Engineering, Industrial Equipment & Automation industry.

The acquisition, a related-party transaction done at arm’s length, involved a cash consideration of Rs. 1.49 Cr.

Metafin's turnover was Rs. 0.94 Cr in FY25, Rs. 1.07 Cr in FY24, and Rs. 1.40 Cr in FY23.
