Ashiana Ispat Limited has announced a board meeting on February 24 to consider additional key items.

The Board plans to seek shareholder approval for certain related party transactions.

Additionally, the appointments of Mr. Tarun Jain, Mr. Vicky Jain, and Mrs. Sarita Jain as Directors, who were previously appointed as Additional Directors, will be presented for shareholder approval.

The Board will also propose the appointment of Mr. Naresh Chand as Managing Director, effective January 19, for shareholder endorsement.

These significant governance items will be placed before shareholders at a proposed Extraordinary General Meeting in March.
