ABB India's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 29.59 per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2025. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 09, 2026. May 02, 2026, is set as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for this payout.
