Cineline India Limited's promoter, Himanshu Kanakia (as trustee of Hiral Kanakia Trust), has pledged 2,800,000 equity shares, equating to 8.17% of the company's total share capital.

The shares were pledged with Vistra ITC (India) Limited to serve as collateral for the promoter's personal use.
