WELTERMAN INTERNATIONAL LTD.'s Board of Directors recently met and approved key leadership changes.

Ms. Poonam Khetle has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 7 years of corporate finance experience.

Ms. Shruti Gupta was also appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval, leveraging her 11+ years in corporate governance.

Consequent to these changes, the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees have been re-constituted.

This strengthens the company's financial leadership and governance structure, enhancing operational oversight and investor confidence.
