CCME Global Limited's board has appointed Ms. Garima Garg as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 8. She is also designated as Key Managerial Personnel, bringing over 7 years of experience in corporate law compliance, which strengthens the company's governance and regulatory adherence.

Additionally, the company is relocating its corporate office and the place for maintaining its books of accounts to a new address in Mumbai, also effective April 8. This represents an operational shift for the company, impacting its physical presence and record-keeping location.
