CCME Global's board has approved the appointment of Ms. Garima Garg as its new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, following the Nomination And Remuneration Committee's review.

Ms. Garg, a qualified professional with over seven years of experience in corporate regulatory compliance, is also designated as Key Managerial Personnel.

Separately, the company is shifting its corporate office and the location for maintaining its books of account to a new address in Mumbai.
