Bluspring Enterprises' subsidiary is acquiring 100% of LSG Sky Chefs India Private Limited's Bengaluru operations for an enterprise value of INR 129 Cr in cash.

This strategic move marks Bluspring's entry into the aviation catering sector, securing access to in-flight catering facilities at Bengaluru Airport until 2039. The acquisition complements existing food services, enhancing margins and supporting long-term growth.

LSG India's retained business reported FY25 revenue of INR 101 Cr and a profit of INR 10 Cr, boosting Bluspring's overall financial profile.
