Madhya Bharat Agro Products Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5% on face value of Rs. 10) for the financial year.

This direct payout to shareholders is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
