Dhansa Labs' allotment committee approved the conversion of 3,60,870 warrants into an equal number of fully paid-up equity shares.

These shares were issued to Meena Nayan Patel at Rs. 46 each, including a Rs. 36 premium.

The company received Rs. 1.25 Cr as the balance payment, totaling Rs. 1.66 Cr for this issuance.

This increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 26.18 Cr to Rs. 26.54 Cr.

Approximately 92.76 lakh warrants remain outstanding for future conversion.
