This initiative allows shareholders to lodge or re-lodge documents with the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent to convert their physical shares into dematerialised form.

The window is open from February 5, 2026, until February 4, 2027. Shareholders are encouraged to use this opportunity to complete the transfer and demat process before the deadline, making their shareholdings easier to manage and trade.
