This clarification addresses inadvertent errors in the original order, ensuring the amalgamation of Sir Shadi Lal with Triveni Engineering and the demerger of the PTB Undertaking into Triveni Power Transmission proceed smoothly.

The rectification specifically adjusts directions on existing equity shares, clarifies authorized capital enhancement for Triveni Engineering, and removes the requirement for Triveni Power Transmission to file revised constitutional documents.
