Archit Organosys' Audit Committee reviewed and the Board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Separately, a special window is now open until February 4, 2027, for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests previously rejected before April 1, 2019. These re-lodged shares will be issued in demat mode and subject to a one-year lock-in period, impacting how investors manage their holdings.
