Lux Industries has incorporated Lux Global Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary for ₹0.05 Cr, acquiring a 100% stake.

This strategic move is integral to a Family Settlement Agreement, designed to facilitate the proposed demerger of the company's existing Vertical C businesses.

The new entity will focus on manufacturing and trading garments, including hosiery products, aligning with Lux Industries' core operations.

While Lux Global Limited is yet to commence business, its incorporation sets the stage for a significant restructuring aimed at streamlining business verticals and optimizing operations.
