Record Date Updates

Astec LifeSciences has established record dates for the maturity payments of its Commercial Papers (CPs). For several CP series, including INE563J14DL4 and others, record dates are fixed for various dates between May 29 and June 19, 2026. Investors holding these CPs will receive the maturity amount of 25 per series, with maturity dates falling throughout June 2026. This ensures timely processing of CP redemptions.
