Tandhan Industries Limited's members have approved significant leadership changes, confirming the appointment of six new directors.

Mr. Ankit Jalan assumes the role of Chairman and Managing Director for three years, with Mrs. Prachi Jalan appointed as Whole-Time Director for the same tenure.

Mr. Daivik Jalan joins as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director for three years.

Additionally, three Independent Directors – Mrs. Pragati Goel, Mr. Giri Raj Parashar, and Mr. Shivam Gupta – have been appointed for five-year terms.

These appointments, effective February 27, 2026, mark a new phase in the company's governance following a management change.
