Tandhan Industries shareholders have approved all nine resolutions put forth in its recent postal ballot.

This includes the appointment of Mr. Ankit Jalan as Chairman and Managing Director, Mrs. Prachi Jalan as Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Daivik Jalan as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, all for three-year terms.

Additionally, Mrs. Pragati Goel, Mr. Giri Raj Parashar, and Mr. Shivam Gupta were appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years.

Shareholders also approved advancing loans/guarantees and a material related party transaction with Tandhan Polyplast Limited.

These approvals solidify the company's leadership and strategic operational decisions.
