Citizen Solar has approved its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with full financial statements.

The board noted the unmodified audit report and approved related party transaction disclosures.

Further, the company appointed M/s. R J & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27 due to an amalgamation.

Mr. Ravindra Jain resigned as Director, and five new directors were appointed, subject to shareholder approval.

Board committees were also reconstituted with new members.
