Citizen Solar Limited's promoter group member, Mr. Harsh Omprakash Jain, has acquired 0.06 Cr equity shares via an inter-se transfer as a gift from other promoter family members.

This internal change does not alter the overall shareholding of the promoter group in the company.

The firm notes this is a belated report for a 2017 transaction, now submitted to address historical compliance gaps and ongoing regulatory scrutiny.
