For the full year, the company reported a Profit After Tax of 0.20 Cr.

The Board also re-appointed M/s. R Shukla & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, as suggested by the Audit Committee, and confirmed an unmodified audit opinion from its Statutory Auditors, ensuring transparent financials for investors.
