B-Right RealEstate's step-down subsidiary, Parth Construction, has entered a significant agreement with Keystone Realtors for the sale of FSI/PTC.

This transaction encompasses 176 units across 8,800.74 Sq meters, valued at Rs 143.45 Cr.

This deal substantially boosts the Ambika Nagar SRA redevelopment project, which has already achieved pre-sales of approximately Rs 506.73 Cr.

The complete sell-out of Phase 1 underscores strong market acceptance and supports the project's continued growth trajectory.
