NB Footwear has announced a board meeting on Saturday June 20th 2026, to consider important operational changes.

The agenda includes a proposal to shift the company's Registered Office from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to a new address in Kolkata, West Bengal, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Additionally, the board will discuss establishing a corporate office at the same Kolkata location and maintaining company books of account there.

This strategic move aims to centralize operations and administration.
