NB Footwear has informed stakeholders about the closure of its trading window.

This closure, effective from July 1st, is due to the finalization of financial results for the quarter ending June 30. It prohibits designated persons, including directors and promoters, from trading in the company's shares.

The window will reopen 48 hours after the audited quarterly financial results are announced.
