Goodricke Group has announced its 50th Annual General Meeting for 29th July 2026 at 2:30 PM IST, to be held via video conferencing.

The Board previously proposed a dividend of ₹2/- per equity share (face value ₹10/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The record date for dividend entitlement is 22nd July 2026, with payment on or after 3rd August 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Shareholders should update their KYC and email for electronic dividend receipt.
