JSW Infrastructure has announced its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) is now open.

Following prior board and shareholder approvals, the Finance Committee authorized the Offer's opening and set the Floor Price at ₹ 290.35 per Equity Share.

This QIP includes a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholder.

The company and promoter may offer a discount of up to 5% on the Floor Price.

The final Offer Price will be determined in consultation with lead managers.

This move helps the company raise capital and adjusts shareholding structure.
