The agent confirmed that all shares received for electronic conversion were processed and validated with depositories, ensuring they are listed on stock exchanges.

Physical certificates were cancelled, and the company's ownership records were updated promptly, substituting depositories as registered owners.

This ensures accurate shareholder data and efficient processing of investor requests for electronic shares.
