Bizotic Commercial has submitted a compliance certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The RTA confirmed that no physical shares were received from depository participants for dematerialization during this period.

Consequently, no share certificates were cancelled, and no changes were made to the register of members regarding the ownership of dematerialized shares.

This update assures investors of proper share registry management as per regulatory requirements.
